Shipping

All items are made to order and will be shippeded within 1-2 weeks from purchase date generally with Italian postal service.

Following the dispatch of your order, an e-mail with the tracking number of your package and instructions of how to track it will be sent.

Once dispatched the items will be delivered in:

- 4/7 business days  if in Italy

- 6 business days if in Europe

-10 business days if in Mediterranean Basin

-14 business days if in North America

-15/20 business days if in the other countries of Africa, Asia and America

-14 business day if in Oceania.

Delivery times are only estimated and can vary according to each country’s regulations and/or inconveniences caused by the COVID emergency.

Tracking

The shipments can be tracked through ‘Shipment Search’ on Italian postal service website.

Not all postal service shipments include tracking all the way to the destination. See below for a list of countries eligible for international tracking to the destination:

Taxes

 The customer will be responsible for the payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. All costumers from the EU will have no additional taxes as we ship from Italy.

 

Shipping rates

- in Italy we automatically provide free shipping for order over euro 70. In case of smaller orders the shipping fee is EUR 10.

 

- for the following countries  we automatically provide free shipping for orders over 90 euro. In case of smaller orders the shipping fee is EUR 15.
